GROUP TRAINING & BOOTCAMPS
Group Training and Bootcamp training programs are designed to either maintain your level of fitness, improve your fitness or provide an exercise and wellbeing regime for the better of your health. It doesn’t matter what your fitness level or age you will be challenged. Every session is designed to cater for every fitness level and you will work alongside squad members of a similar fitness.
Our fitness coaches will provide you with all the motivation you need to reach your fitness goals. You can expect fat loss, muscle endurance, cardio fitness, muscle tone and shape, mental fitness, strength, nutritional knowledge, positive attitude and great social interaction.
Bookings are essential, group training starts at $15 per person.
