 I really enjoyed my training with Nathan! I felt I improved my body tone, general fitness & you encouraged me to try and eat even better to maximise results! The variety was great for me as I tend to get bored, so I was always kept interested as you mixed things up & I knew it wouldn't be the same thing week in & week out. You even had me working on some of those scary machines which I never would have attempted had it not been for our training! I felt that you were genuinely interested in helping me achieve my goals & took into account those dreaded shin splints! If I wasn't moving, I would have continued our sessions for sure!

Thanks for all your help over the past few months. When I started personal training it was because I had quite bad lower back pain that I had been living with for many years. I was apprehensive about training initially because I had had bad experiences with personal trainers in the past making my back pain worse. Over the course of a few months of training with Nathan my back pain started to get better until it eventually got to the point where it was gone completely!
